According to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation they are among 280 people affected by hospital overcrowding today.
13 of these are at South Tipp General in Clonmel while 31 are without a bed at University Hospital Limerick which covers North Tipperary.
The Dooradoyle hospital is the worst hit today.
