Advertising – Terms and Conditions

  1. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT
  2. Cancellation – Cancellations must be received and acknowledged by the station in writing at least 7 days in advance of the first transmission date (Sales Department, TippFM Radio, Unit 4a, Gurtnafleur Business Park, Clonmel, Co Tipperary or by emailing [email protected] or your direct account manager )
  3. Cancellation for long term orders (2 months plus) and sponsorship – Cancellations for long term orders and sponsorship must be received and acknowledged by the station in writing at least 1 month (30 days) prior to the contract end date (Sales Department, TippFM Radio, Unit 4a, Gurtnafleur Business Park, Clonmel, Co Tipperary or by emailing [email protected] or your direct account manager )
  4. Commercials subject to station approval
  5. Payment terms strictly 30 days. Previous invoice must be paid before new order is placed
  6. Bonus spots are subject to availability of space.
  7. Production charge €100 + vat – not included in overall rates quoted
  8. Charity Rate + 25% Bonus
  9. Pre payment required for first time advertisers
  10. Spots fixed within specific time bands (other than those shown) will incur a 20% charge.
  11. Tap (total audience package) allocation: 60% prime time, 40% night time
  12. All packages distributed at the stations discretion within the outlined time bands.
  13. All copy subject to station and regulatory copy clearance.
