It now services over 1600 routes in 30 countries, with 72 airport bases.
Ryanair's initial team of 51 people has grown over the last 30 years to over 9,500.
The airline, which has its headquarters in Swords near Dublin Airport, carried a record 86 million customers in 2014 and is likely to surpass that number this year.
