There are fears for the future of over 100 jobs at the popular west Tipp hotel where it's understood employees have been given notice that unless a buyer is found for the property, it could shut within a month.
KPMG Accountants were appointed as receivers to Dundrum House Hotel last year when it got into trading difficulties.
The facility was badly damaged in a fire last September which led to the hotel part of the business not being able to trade however, the Golf Club, Leisure Centre and self-catering accommodation is running as normal.
According to local Fine Gael TD Tom Hayes negotiations are taking place with two interested parties.
