Greece may seek bailout extension

It's being reported that Greece is preparing to seek an extension of a loan agreement for up to six months.

After talks ended without resolution on Monday, the Syriza led government was given a deadline of Friday to agree to an aid package drawn up by the Eurozone.

Reports this morning say the Greeks are now seeking to sign up to a temporary loan agreement – rather than a continuation of the existing bailout, which the government has said it does not want.
