Former Taoiseach to give further evidence to banking inquiry

The former Taoiseach will give his second day of evidence to the banking inquiry, after spending ten hours last week answering questions about his time as Finance Minister in the run up to the crisis.

He has already given a hint about what he'll say today – in last week's opening statement he said the choice on September 29th 2008 was to go with the bank guarantee or set the country back 25 years.
