Tipperary County Council has given the go ahead to Bulmers to make a major investment in its Clonmel plant.
The cider company is seeking to install over 10,000 square metres of solar panels, equating to 2.5 acres, on the roof of its manufacturing building and warehouse at their factory.
The Council has attached three conditions to its decision on the Annerville project.
