The awards are aimed at young people from 13 to 19 to acknowledge their contribution to their local communities across the county.
The judging panel includes former Tipperary goalkeeper Brendan Cummins, Una Foden of the Saturdays and Circuit Court judge Gerard O'Brien.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony in the Garda College in Templemore this evening.
