INMO members in Clonmel had called the industrial action over the refusal by the HSE to provide funding for 15 extra nurses that an evidence-based review says are badly needed.
The dispute has now been referred to the Workplace Relatuions Commission, and Mary Power from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation says she's confident of a favourable outcome.
