Wind warning issued for Tipperary

The yellow alert from Met Éireann affects the whole country from midnight tonight until eight o’clock tomorrow evening.

The forecaster says northwest winds will be very strong at times with a risk of debris and loose objects flying around.

It’ll mean difficult driving and cycling conditions, while Clare, Kerry, Connacht and Donegal have an extra danger of waves overtopping in coastal areas.
