Independent TD Seamus Healy has organised the event which will get underway at 8 o'clock in Hearn's Hotel.
There will also be a public protest against the water charges this weekend in the town.

Deputy Healy is calling on the Public to turn out on Saturday at the Main Guard in Clonmel from 12 noon to show their opposition to the charges.
