The Social Protection Minister's accused the Fianna Fáil leader of a 'sad' and 'angry rant' in a speech at the weekend.
Leo Varadkar's comments come after Micheál Martin used his annual Wolfe Tone speech at the weekend to criticise the Minister.

But the Minister says Mr Martin needs to inspire people as a political leader, and doesn't.
