The US is holding Russia responsible for a deadly bombing on an aid convoy in Syria, calling it an “enormous humanitarian tragedy”.
Around 20 aid workers were killed in the airstrike.
Moscow denies any involvement and has released drone footage which it claims proves weapons were being transported alongside the trucks.
White House spokesman Ben Rhodes says only Russia or Syria can be behind the attack.
