UHL leads overcrowding list again

According to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation there are 21 patients on trolleys or chairs at South Tipp General in Clonmel.

University Hospital Limerick is once again the busiest centre in the country.

The Dooradoyle hospital – which serves North Tipperary – has 40 patients waiting for a bed on a ward.

Nationally there are 344 people in a similar situation – an increase of nearly 30 on yesterday.
