Tram drivers in Dublin are currently on strike for an 11th day, in the ongoing dispute over pay.
SIPTU, the union representing drivers, has called for Transdev to work with them to reach a compromise.
Several more days of strike action are planned for later this month and next.
Managing Director of Transdev Gerry Madden, says SIPTU and its members need to bring some new ideas to the table.
