Unemployed and underemployed people will be trained in how to develop their skills and target jobs that enhance their own abilities.
The free event is on in the Minella Hotel in Clonmel tomorrow from 10am, and John Kiely from Tipperary Chamber says the focus is on tapping into people's strengths.
Meanwhile, the number of people unemployed is unchanged, according to new monthly figures.
The seasonally adjusted rate for June is 7.8 per cent – the same as for May.
But the rate is down over 1 and a half per cent, compared to June last year.
