Significant drop in Tipperary rental prices

The Irish Independent's examined data from the Private Residential Tenancy board from 2010 and 2015 looking at actual prices paid. 

It shows the average cost of renting a three bedroom semi detached home in the Premier dropped 11 percent from January 2010 from 639 to 572.

Breaking it down into the county's town's Cashel and Nenagh recorded the biggest drops at 14 percent – while for a 2 bedroom apartment – rents in Thurles fell by 15 percent.

Overall rents fell nationwide bar Dublin Cork and Galway
