Benamore which was bought by Tipperary County Council last year has been re-launched as Roscrea Business and Innovation Park.

The local authority will now work closely with Enterprise Ireland and the IDA in seeking to attract new investment into the site which spans across 26 acres off the Dublin Road in Roscrea.

Local Labour TD Alan Kelly who was instrumental in the sale of the property says its an ideal location for inward investment.
