Tipperary Labour TD Alan Kelly is calling for a Cabinet reshuffle in light of the McCabe documents controversy.
Justice Minister Charlie Flanagan was forced to apologise to the Labour TD in the Dail last night, after accusing him of leading a smear campaign against him.
While accepting the apology, Deputy Kelly said it didn’t matter much to him and that questions remain unanswered.
He said that Leo Varadkar should take this opportunity to completely reshuffle his Cabinet and completely reconfigure the Department of Justice, which he describes as dysfunctional.
