A planning application has been lodged for a hostel type development in Cashel.
The proposals lodged by Birr based Thor Design & Management on behalf of Michael Minogue are for the change of use of six existing apartments at Bank Place in the town. This would entail it being redesignated from residential to commercial.
A decision is due from Tipperary County Council by January 13th next.
