The final part of the Mr Binman business has been purchased from the receivers KPMG.
Quality Recycling Ltd has acquired the Mr Binman owned O'Meara Waste and Clearpoint Recycling.
Managing Director of Cork based Quality Recycling Dermot O'Brien says the acquired businesses will continue to trade as normal.
No details have been made public of how much was paid for O'Meara Waste and Clearpoint Recycling.
