The incident happened in Murgasty in Tipperary Town, outside the Garda station around 6 o'clock when the tractor and baler went on fire.
The driver escaped the tractor and alerted Gardaí…one unit of the fire brigade from Tipp town were called to the scene.

Nobody was injured in the incident but it's believed some damage was caused to a nearby house.
