Nearly 90 people are waiting on trolleys today at emergency departments in hospitals serving the county.
South Tipp General in Clonmel has 42 waiting in overflow areas of wards while University Hospital Limerick – which serves the north of the county has 45 people waiting.
Cork University Hospital is the most overcrowded in the country today with 47 people waiting
In total the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation are reporting 443 people waiting nationwide for a bed today.
