Reporter in Greece, Menalaos Tzafalias, says a lot of detail has yet to be revealed.

“Some of these reportedly have some costs added to them – something like 2 to 2.5 billion euros could be saved in a year from cigarette and fuel smuggling” he said.

“But as the Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis himself said last Friday, he said 'as an economist I need all facts there to give you precise numbers'”.

“And right now it would be preposterous to say that all facts and numbers are there” he added.
