The Oireachtas Committee on Transport and Communications will meet with the Freight Transport Association to discuss their concerns over the proposed Eircode postcode system.
A new postcode system, which will be used to locate every individual address in Ireland, will be implemented across the country from next year.
But, representatives from the Freight Transport Association are expected to outline what they perceive as the 'flaws' in the proposed system.
The Chairman of the Committee, Deputy John O'Mahony, says today's meeting with give members an opportunity to hear their concerns.
