Former Chief Operations Officer Tiarnan O' Mahoney from Enniskerry, former company secretary Bernard Daly from Whitehall and Aoife Maguire from Rothe Abbey in Kilmainham are accused of deceiving Revenue and hiding or destroying bank records between 2003 and 2004.
The first witnesses in the trial have been explaining the role of Revenue and financial vehicles such as trusts and offshore accounts to the jury.
