Aldi was granted conditional approval to construct a new store in the town last year.
The application from German retailer Aldi had drawn considerable opposition from the local community in Cashel.
Indaville House, which is a protected structure, is located on the proposed site at Boherclogh Street.
A number of appeals were lodged with An Bord Pleanala following the granting of permission by Cashel Town Council- among those opposing the project are Ray Morrissey of Supervalu, Cashel and local Councillor Tom Wood who has objected together with a number of local residents.
A ruling had been due this week – however the file is still with the board with all parties involved being informed that no decision has been made.
The state planning appeals board say do date for a decision is available at this time.
