A public meeting is to take place in early November involving Gardaí, local elected representatives and members of the community.
A number of councillors from the Thurles – Templemore Municipal District spoke on the issue at today's meeting of Tipperary County Council highlighting the sense of fear among the elderly and those who have already been targeted.
