The Clonmel to Cahir road is closed following a fatal collision.
Earlier this morning a lorry jack knifed, with two vans also involved around the Barne Lodge area.
Early reports indicate that one person has died.
There is no estimated time for re-opening of the road and diversions are place via New Inn.
