A total of 1,200 lots from the Cashel Palace Hotel will be auctioned on Tuesday and Wednesday next.
The sale is to facilitate an extensive re-furbishment of the hotel following its recent sale.
Cork based Aidan Foley is the auctioneer looking after the sale.
He told Fran Curry on Tipp Today that there are a wide variety of lots on offer.
Among the items are art and antique lots, bedroom and kitchen contents as well as pub signage and the entire furnishings of the basement buttery restaurant.
