According to the Irish Times Mr O’Brien has named every member of the committee including the Ceann Comhairle Seán Barrett in a submission to the High Court.
Mr O'Brien is unhappy with the CPP’s refusal to say that Independent TD Catherine Murphy abused her Dáil privilege by making allegations about Denis O'Brien and his Esat Digifone license in the chamber.
It's the first time the Committee has ever been subjected to legal proceedings.
