Anyone with information is being urged to phone Gardaí, or the child and family agency Tusla.

A funeral service will take place at Redford Cemetery in Greystones this afternoon.

Local Gardaí say they wanted to give the infant an identity and pay their respects.

Superintendent Pat Ward is urging Baby Alannah's family to come forward and contact them.
