Planning permission has been granted for a residential development in Carrick on Suir.
Locally based JSF Property Holding sought permission last April for the works in the town.
The project includes the demolition of existing buildings at 24 to 27 Kickham Street.
These are to be replaced with nine 2-bedroom apartments and four 1-bedroom apartments.
Tipperary County Council has granted conditional approval for the works.
