A Tipperary TD is calling for the resignation of the Health Minister in the aftermath of the Cervical Check scandal.
Independent Mattie McGrath also wants the abolition of the HSE.
Deputy McGrath says the publication of the Scally Report yesterday has highlighted the sheer volume of weakness within the HSE management system itself.
