Planning permission has been granted for the Sky Innovation Park in Tipperary town.
The investment in the site, by the owners Corajio Ltd., will see the upgrade of the existing buildings – which could be developed as one large industry or divided into units for multiple industries.
The IDA are also interested in marketing the site, which would generate investment and jobs in the town.
