This mornings Tipp Today came from Nenagh where Fran began by speaking to Tipp FM General Manager Susan Murphy about the Tipp FM Toy Appeal which generated an overwhelming response, The Wednesday focus with Helen England, we also had a look through this weeks local papers and we were delighted to bring you some music from the Gaelscoil in Nenagh who performed some brilliant Christmas songs for us!

In the second hour of todays show, Fran spoke to Aideen Fahy, the daughter of Nenagh woman Marion Kelly who sadly died just weeks after the HSE withdrew a trial drug for Alpha One patients. Aideen and her family are calling on the Health Minister for answers. We spoke to Marian from Meningitis research about the disease as cases are set to increase drastically in the run up to Christmas.

In the final part of this mornings Tipp Today, Fran spoke to an inspiring Tipperary man, Daragh Stakelum started losing his sight in his late teens but has gone on to represent Ireland in golf and soccer and we also had our psychotherapy slot with Joannes Berkery where we spoke about anxiety.
