Ruth Smith has been appointed as Tipperary Public Participation Network coordinator.
She was formerly community development coordinator at Knockanrawley Resource Centre, based in Tipperary Town, Ruth has been a community worker for 25 years, 22 of those years were with the resource center coordinator.
She joined Fran in studio.
