Athletes from across Ireland competed over the weekend for the titles of Ireland’s Strongest men and women Naturals which was held in Galway on Saturday.
Our own Head of News Sheila Naughton won the title of Ireland’s Strongest Woman in the under 64KG category.
Sheila had been rigorously training for the last few months and I’m delighted to say she joined Fran this morning.
