Clonmel man Thomas Ryan was living with his mother in her council house when she passed away in 2017, and he was subsequently moved out of the house.
He says that he sees vacant houses lying around the town that he could be living in – while the fact that he’s single means he’s well down the housing list for the Council.
Thomas spoke to Fran on Monday.
