Yesterday members of Action for Animal Welfare Ireland travelled to Leinster House to meet with several TDs and Senators to raise the issue of horse cruelty in Tipperary.
It follows multiple incidents in the county, the latest being a dead horse found tied by its legs to a gate near Newport.
