David Cameron has promised new powers for Scotland after 55 per cent of the country voted to reject independence in a historic referendum.
But the British Prime Minister says now is the time that “millions of voices of England” are also heard.
Wales and Northern Ireland also want a say in how the UK is run from now on.

But Peter Robinson says the whole country “will change” after greater powers were offered by Westminster.
