In paperwork filed ahead of his bail hearing in Boston today assistant US Attorney Amy Harman Burkart said Mr Drumm could not be trusted and asked the court not to release him bail pending a full extradition hearing.
Earlier this week the former Anglo boss had submitted legal papers appealing for bail.
