UL emergency department most overcrowded today

According to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation 29 of these are at South Tipp General – almost double yesterdays figures at the Clonmel hospital.

Once again University Hospital Limerick is one of the most overcrowded in the country with 45 patients being cared for on makeshift beds.

The worst his today is Cork University Hospital where staff are catering for 48 people without a bed.
