A man in his 40's was arrested by Gardai last evening in connection with the ongoing investigation into the murder of father of two Bobby Ryan.
The 52 year old had been missing since June of 2011 when he left his partners house at Fawnagowan between Bansha and Tipperary town to go to his workplace in Thurles.
His remains were found on April 30th 2013 in a disused slurry pit at Fawnagowan – a post mortem revealed he had suffered a violent death.
A 45 year old woman was arrested on Wednesday afternoon – she and the man arrested last evening are being held at Tipperary Town Garda station.
