Trolley numbers increase in region

Figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show there are 61 people waiting for a bed having been admitted from the Emergency Departments in Clonmel and Limerick.

At South Tipp General there are 23 people on trolleys or chairs while University Hospital Limerick have 38 which is the highest number in the country today.

Nationally the figures are down 16 from yesterday at 409.
