There's been a jump of over 12 percent in the number of people visiting Ireland since the start of this year.
According to new figures from the CSO this August was the best ever with more than 1.125 million arrivals recorded.
6.55 million people have arrived in Ireland since the start of the year representing a 12.3 percent rise in the number of overseas visitors between January and the end of August.
