The increased popularity of glamping holidays has led to plans for another such site in North Tipperary.
Further Space Limited is the company behind an application lodged with Tipperary County Council.
They are proposing six glamping pods and a car parking area at Brookfield, Coolbawn.
The local authority is due to rule on the plans by mid-October.
