49 year Philip Fenton of Garryduff, South Lodge Carrick on Suir is charged with eight counts of possessing illegal animal remedies when a Department of Agriculture inspection took place at his yard in January of 2012.
The charges include allegations that he had medicines containing anabolic steroids in his possession, while other allegations relate to the possession of prescription-only medication, without having a valid vet’s prescription.
