A Tipperary Town based distribution company say red tape is forcing them to move their business out of the town.
Tipperary Distribution Ltd are currently based on the Bansha Road in the town – however the rented property has now been sold.
They had hoped to move to another premises on the Limerick Road but have run into planning difficulties as the site was zoned retail, not commercial.
As a result director Michael Twomey says they will now be relocating to Cahir which will result in the loss of a significant spend in Tipp town.
