The two hospitals that serve Tipperary are experiencing the worst patient overcrowding today.
There are 32 people stuck on trolleys and chairs at University Hospital Limerick while that figure stands at 23 in South Tipp General Hospital.

And of the 55 extra patients at both facilities today – over 30 of them are lining the corridors of the Emergency Departments.
